Learn the ADDIE Model

Purpose: 

This Rise 360 training serves as a way to introduce instructional design professionals and interns to the functions and steps of the ADDIE design model. It takes learners through each phase, Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation, while providing examples and insights on best utilizing each step to plan the perfect project. After each section, a gamified assessment evaluates learning and ensures that the learner retains the newly gained knowledge. The final assignment has learners create a mini-module utilizing the ADDIE design framework.
